Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a teacher of 23 years in the same wonderful school in the Bronx. I teach science to fantastic 4th and 5th graders.
With all the new curriculum, there are so many beautiful pictures and task cards to print and laminate for the students so that they can make observations about the world.
With your help, I can print them in color and help them really see the world around them. 4th grade focuses on changes on Earth and 5th focuses on Earth's Spheres as well as Food Web Interactions. The only way to really understand these is to make observations based on what they see. Printed these in color and laminated will be extremely helpful!
