My Project

The students here tend to be very inquisitive about how the environment impacts students learning and processing skills.

Recently, severe snow has impacted our students learning and behavior.

The snow and other severe weather such as tornadoes caused schools all over our area to be shut down for over a week. Due to this occurrence, many students had to stay cooped up in their homes which negatively impacted their mental health. Many of my students will benefit coming back to school where PBIS rewards will encourage them to get acclimated back to the daily routines of school. The grief tools that I am requesting will be used to help formulate a grief group to try to help students who may have lost things during our recent storms.
