Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school is situated in between three shelters and a high majority of my students come from families with low incomes. The ages of my students are between 11 -13 years old.

These preteens are transitioning mentality and physically, so providing them with the basic necessities like soap, wash cloth, tooth brush, and tooth paste will give them the confidence they need to start off their day in a positive way.

I want my students to feel good about themselves and items like these are a great way to start off.
