Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This upcoming year, I will be moving into another position to better assist my students in a brand new room. I've put together a list of classroom decorations to create a nice environment in which to engage students. I want to create a room that looks good so that the students will feel good and they do good. Creating a nice environment for students coming from various homes can be calming and helps them focus. I want to put together a resource room that gives them everything they need so they can bring me their best.

Our students are very hardworking and, with the right support, can do great things.

Help me start off the year with materials to increase learning productivity, reduce absenteeism, and improve morale amongst students.

Some of the items being asked for are classroom decorations, dry erasers, and bulletin board paper. As many teachers know, purchasing items for a classroom can get pricey, but, with your help, I can change a plain room into one that piques the interest of others. I appreciate the help of those who share this sentiment.
