My Project

As adults, we know that an organized, uncluttered environment leads to peace of mind and a better ability to focus. The idea is the same for children, only they don't always have the ability to understand why they feel unfocused. The items in this project will help me to help my students feel that peace of mind while they go about their day.

There are a million things that distract students throughout the day.

One of those things is their cell phone. We are required to collect cell phones each day, but students worry that they're not safe. The lock box in this project will help alleviate that stress for them. The passing out of supplies is another distractor so having the caddies ready will help to streamline the use of supplies during class without having to lose valuable time to passing items out. Finally the laminator and the file folders will allow me to save and protect materials for year long use.
