My Project

Our school has a focus of teaching our students to have learner dispositions that help them be successful students. We teach them to be engaged, ask questions, take ownership of their work, be resilient and reflect on their learning. In order for our students to do these things we need to give them the proper tools.

You wouldn't expect a builder to build a house without the proper equipment, right?

We want our students to have supplies to organize their thoughts and work out their problems (white boards, markers, pens, pencils, and sticky notes). We want their reference sheets to be bright and color coded so they can easily find the information quickly.

Our 5th graders are very bubbly, energetic, eager to learn and be creative. These classroom supplies will help set up routines that support our school dispositions and help us build foundation that gets them prepared for middle school, high school and beyond.
