My Project

Enhancing my existing classroom library with this selection of titles will freshen up their choices for my new group of 5th-grade students. These specific books are trending now with this age group and will capture their imaginations encouraging them to come back for more to read. Doing so will accomplish my goal of turning them into life-long readers who find enjoyment and relaxation inside a book.

My students will be working in a Reader's Workshop environment where a large selection of books will allow them to thoughtfully select a book that is not only on their independent level but aimed at their interests.
