Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to write letters to friends, teachers, and family members for birthday celebrations, to let them know they love them, or to draw. A designated area for writing will encourage my students to develop fine motor skills, keep writing materials and journals, and express their creativity.
The Lakeshore Heavy-Duty Space-Saver Writing Center will help create an environment conducive to developinging writing skills, letter formation, phonemic awareness,, and reading.
This new writing center will make writing materials such as pencils, pens, markers, letter stamps, and paper readily available for my students throughout the day.
