My young learners are inquisitive and eager to learn! They are in kindergarten, first, and second grade. I am also teaching intensive reading intervention with older elementary students. The last several years of school have been challenging, but they have persevered and conquered many obstacles. I teach students with dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, emotional disabilities, and students who require intervention. Social -Emotional learning is essential to being ready to learn and take academic risks.
