Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Center time is one of the happiest times during a Pre-k student's day. My students have choice and pick the centers that they want to visit. Currently the science center in my room is the least visited.

I want to place high interest activities and tools into this center and create a love for science and STEM in my classroom.

I believe that this will create a strong science foundation in each of my students.

I would also like to provide the experience of watching caterpillars go through metamorphosis to my students. I remember watching this in school as a child and I still remember how fascinating it was.
