Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our curious little learners are full of wonder. They enjoy exploring the world around them and with your help they can do just that with a well stocked science center.
With these science materials the children will have a variety of interesting hands on experiences that will spark conversations, build skills and engage minds.
When children use microscopes and magnifying glasses they are building an eye for detail. They develop early skills like counting and sorting when looking at various sea shells. Having access to a Bio-dome and a Ladybug Garden not only engages the senses but promotes an early understanding of the relationship between plants and animals and how we should care for them.
When children are given the chance to work with these "grown up tools" we empower them to believe that they too can be a Big Scientist one day.
