My Project

Math is so important in every aspect of our lives. Encouraging math exploration and learning in my preschoolers will help set them up for future success in their elementary and high school years.

I want to my preschoolers to have their first experiences with math be fun and engaging.

The peg number boards will give my students exposure to hands-on counting and learning to associate numbers and quantities. The math links and jumbo buttons will help develop skills in counting, comparing, sorting, and patterns. The see-inside counting tubes, crazy shapes magnetic puzzles, and learn-to-count play dough mats will help my three-year-olds learn to count and enhance their eye-hand coordination. The light-table math trays will allow me to use our light table in the math center and illuminate math concepts.
