My Students

Our students are observant, creative, and curious third graders. They have a ton of energy, and a lot of questions!

It is amazing to watch how their minds work, the different perspectives they each have, and how they come together to understand each other.

Many of our students are first generation American and speak other languages in their homes, often having to translate to their parents. It is rewarding to see them each come in, prepared and eager every day.

My Project

We are a third-grade inclusion class mixed with several different types of learners and ability levels. We need tools in order to meet the needs of all these students.

Imagine sitting in a class knowing only how to read a simple picture book and all of your classmates are reading chapter books; it doesn't feel great does it?

We are asking for Kindle Fire tablets to differentiate for these children. We will use the Kindles to give students reading materials on their level, phonics work, and math work to meet the needs of all the children in our class.

This project is very important for our class to see all our students succeed. Please help us by doing so!
