My Project

I am a school counselor. I work with 500 inner city students who overcome adversity daily! Our kindergarten-fifth grade students sometimes feel big emotions. I help them learn that it’s okay to not feel okay, but that we can also feel better! The resources I have selected will help them learn to cope effectively in a world that can sometimes feel too big for them! When they come to my room individually, in a small group, or with the rest of their class, these resources will help them feel understood and special! Thank you so much for caring!
