This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having the bean bags will offer flexible seating for my students to use in our library and cozy corner. This will give them an option for seating according to their needs. Some children will need a bean bag to feel more grounded and use the sensory toys I have provided in the cozy corner. Some students who are regulating their emotions need a bean bag to help them feel grounded and secure.

Other children will feel comforted by sitting on a soft bean bag.

Having a bean bag in or cozy corner offers modification options for all studetns.
