My Project

Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. During large group and circle times, we meet on the carpet in the classroom. Currently, we have a rug that is one color with no division. My students are 4 years old and lovingly desire to sit next to their friends. Unfortunately, they have difficulty providing adequate spacing between them. I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are given adequate spacing while having the ability to sit near their friends. In addition, we would love to warm up the classroom even more with cozy printed family pictures that are laminated and protected to allow students to touch and enjoy. We would greatly appreciate your support.
