Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are working hard every day to incorporate literacy in our sessions together in the speech room. My students thoroughly enjoy the books I have in my library; however, I am certainly missing a few fans favorites.

The books I selected vary in level and topic.

From social emotional learning to turn-taking in conversation, these stories can help engage my students in topics that may be considered more challenging and abstract. Some of the stories I selected contain plushes of our favorite characters, which I know will make our activities so much more fun!

Please consider helping me grow my library in our speech room. I can't wait to continue to grow my students' literacy skills in the new year!
