Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are so excited to implement centers in our Kindergarten classroom. This is something new to all of my students as most of them have come from a TK or preschool setting where most activities were completed whole group.

Students would love to have phonics stamps, blends and digraphs snap-on blocks, word building puzzles, and a variety of other centers that meet the needs of all of them.

Therefore I am slowly building my center library that will allow me to trade out activities weekly for the children to build their literacy skills. Ideally students will have centers that meet all of the literacy components.
