This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help my classroom with a listening center. This will help them enhance their vocabulary development and letter recognition. As they listen to different stories they will be able to follow along and read with the narrator. This will help them with their fluency. A listening center is very important and essential in a first grade classroom. It will be used as part of our reading program. It will be used as a center where they will listen to a variety of stories. This will increase the students love for reading.
