This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help Bring The Lion King Jr. to Life! Our Performing Arts Department is thrilled to about bringing the Broadway Jr. production of The Lion King Jr. to our school in April 2025. This performance will give students the chance to bring beloved characters to life, develop essential performance skills, and collaborate as a team to create something extraordinary.

To make our vision a reality, my students need your help.

I am seeking donations to cover essential items such as costumes, props, face paint, stage materials, and rehearsal supplies. These resources are vital to ensuring the production is both visually captivating and educational for students.

Your contribution will provide the tools necessary for students to fully engage in the production. Animal costumes, makeup, and props will help them bring their characters to life, fostering creativity and self-expression. This experience will not only nurture their artistic abilities but also build confidence, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment.

My goal is to provide students with an immersive theater experience that emphasizes hard work, collaboration, and creativity. Through this project, I aim to instill a deep appreciation for the arts and storytelling while developing life skills like communication, problem-solving, and discipline.

My students are passionate, dedicated, and full of energy. They bring enthusiasm to every rehearsal and are eager to take on the challenge of performing in such a beloved production. What sets them apart is their strong sense of community—they support and inspire one another, creating a collaborative spirit that will shine on stage.
