My Students

Our Norfolk, Virginia PreK students are amazing and resilient! We are located in a dedicated military town. All students have risk factors that qualify them for our program. I see the sparkle in their eyes when they login to the computer. Distance teaching is challenging, but with hands-on materials, we can help them thrive!

My Project

Children love light tables! Light table accessories are entertaining and engaging! Learning with light is a fantastic source of visual sensory input. Children are drawn to light and find it calming to interact with the glow of a light table.

Light table accessories help young children develop letter recognition, numeracy, color practice, problem solving, and building skills.

Shining a light on learning with light table accessories will help our children grow and learn in a fun meaningful and memorable way. Using our light table accessories will give our students opportunities for science, math, literacy, and creativity as a powerhouse of learning.
