My Project

Our high school is starting its first-ever Media Team. The Media Team will be composed of 20 students who will film, photograph, and interview students, athletes, teachers, administrators, and parents at various events throughout the year. The team is responsible for updating the school website, and yearbook, and enhancing the athletic program.

Students will have the opportunity to practice public speaking, create highlight tapes for peers, enhance and edit photographs, and design a professional portfolio in hopes of landing a collegiate scholarship for film/media.

The biggest thing missing from our project is cameras, we already have students ready, willing, and eager to begin all we need is your help!

Mr. Hammonds Martin Luther King Junior High School Grades 9-12
