This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, it’s essential to equip students with the tools they need to actively engage in their learning. With your support, I aim to bring this vision to life through our "Lights, Camera, Teach with Tech” project, which will empower my students by providing them with a tablet. This hands-on tech project will reinforce their understanding, boost their confidence, and foster peer-to-peer learning as they share and reflect on their recorded lessons.

Technology will empower my students by allowing them to "Be the Teacher" for a day.

With the tablet, they can record themselves teaching lessons to help their classmates learn. We will then upload these clips so students can refer back to them for assistance and reflect on their learning journey. My goal is to create an engaging classroom where students actively participate in their education, developing essential skills like communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.

My students are special because they are curious, enthusiastic learners who thrive in creative, interactive environments, and this project will help them reach their full potential.
