Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our community ranks near the top in the state for English Language Learners and in subsidized housing. MOST of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch qualifying us as a Title I school.

The students in our school come from DIVERSE backgrounds.

We work hard to develop strong relationships with students and their families. Our teachers are committed to meeting the the social, emotional, and academic needs of all students!

My Project

ALL students in our school are invited to our new Thinking and Tinkering Lab to explore, build and create! As we learn what excites them we are trying to make THEIR dreams come true by providing materials that will encourage students to work together on projects.

LIghts, Camera, Action materials would allow us to create a Stop Motion center and provide lighting for a green screen area.

We are eager to introduce students to new experiences and technology that will enhance instruction, stretch their minds, and build 21st century skills.
