Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are an amazing bunch of inner city kids with very limited resources. Our school has a poverty rate of 92%, and our students have to deal with a number of factors including homelessness and hunger.

This year, virtual learning is going to have some challenges but that doesn't mean learning needs to stop!

Please help me provide the best learning experience possible for my amazing fifth graders.

My Project

Both of these items will help my students be engaged and see clear modeling of daily, live, reading, writing, and math workshop lessons.

Education equity during virtual learning is everyone's business!

Please help me provide quality instruction that motivates, and helps my students become engaged in their studies.

The ring lighting system will allow my students to see me and my expressions clearly during read alouds, writing and many other lessons. The easel is an essential tool for teacher's in order to reach those students who learn visually and need the extra scaffold.
