My Project

I would like to make my classroom a more fun and calm reading enviroment by adding lamps and colorful LED light strips around the room. The lamps would not only provide a calm reading environment, but a calm learning environment as well. Calmer learning environments help students learn better and help with social emotional issues. I have several students in my class who thrive on calm and organized surroundings so this calm lighting will help them be the best they can. I also would like to have fun reading times like flashlight reading or blacklight reading to get my studemts to want to have reading time.

Reading is so important in our lives, but sometimes kids need a bit of a motivation to read.

My hopes is that this cool and different lighting will do just that.
