This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me brighten up my classroom with a lightbox for my Transitional Kindergarten classroom.

The light box will enhance their engagement, and provide opportunities to explore through interdisciplinary learning while using their senses.

This is the first year my school has a full TK classroom and I am working on bringing in more material that is developmentally appropriate for their age.

I will use the light table to implement engaging activities as we explore and develop our skills in literacy, math, science, and so much more. The light table will be added to our center rotation and will be used daily in the classroom.
