Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Join us in lighting up our world through books, a sensory table, and an outside chalkboard while also growing our motor skills! These new books will help us work on important Kindergarten problem solving skills such as standing up for ourselves and learning about personal space. A light sensory table will give us new and exciting ways to explore literacy, math, and science activities!

Outside play is an important part of the day that sparks creativity, imagination, and social skills!

A caterpillar chalkboard for our playground will give us more opportunities to practice these each and every day! Movement is an important part of children's learning! It helps with focus, contributes to academic performance, while also promoting physical and emotional well-being. New literacy materials such as the Elkonin box mat will allow studentst to hop, skip, and leap while identifying and blending sounds! Help us light up our world in any way you can!
