My Project

Incoming kindergarten students have had less social exposure and therefore struggle with independence, turn-taking, and being part of a group. With fewer students attending preschool, we find they are not as academically prepared as students prior to Covid. Books about emotions, kindness, and independence will encourage all students as we become a classroom community/family. Cooperative games will encourage teamwork rather than a single winner.

Light panels are a fun and exciting way to explore through hands on activities.

The light panels and manipulative will used with partners and are a great way to explore learning in an exciting way.
