My Students

My students come from all different backgrounds from all over the world. We have 10 different languages just in pre-k! Most of our students live in poverty with our school have over 90 % of children on free and reduced lunch.

Our students love to come to school!

This is their safe place. They know they will have food, shelter, and a loving environment that provide them with their needs.

Children at our school are eager to learn and soak it all in everyday!I love my school and my kiddos. Their backgrounds inspire me to be a better person and teacher!

My Project

The light table will provide my students with so many new learning experiences. It will give them a new way to look at old and new manipulatives in a whole new exciting experience! The light table will bring them new opportunities to build and create like never before. I have a morning and an afternoon class with 21 children in each class. We run out of room and space for them to find places to create and build. The light table will give us another place in our room for the children to go to learn, create, and build! I can only imagine how fun this will be in the eyes of a child. Please help fund our project to help my pre-k classes to Light Up Learning!
