it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The use of the exercise equipment s is a daily activity in our physical education class. The landmines allow the student to execute multiple movements in a variety of exercises. Attaching the Viking press to the landmine allows the athlete to focus more on building muscle groups, legs shoulder and back. When students enter the gym, they have different station to work. They must leave each station clean in order to go to the next. Even though they are great about doing this, it is distracting for many of my students who have focusing issues and they miss important instruction form either myself or other students. By having these materials, learning will increase participation and focus on increasing their strength!
