My Students

Our school is diverse in many ways, ethnically to socioeconomically. The students come to school everyday excited to participate in physical education. State Standards drive our program.

All of our students are encouraged to explore their physical boundaries through challenging activities.

Physical education in the 7th grade allows our students to release energy in a positive way while interacting with the other students to foster teamwork. Working with other students in a group activity will help motivate positive social interactions.

My Project

My 200 7th grade students will be able to strengthen their core with this fitness equipment. Students will move from one station to the next exercising with the Smash balls, Resistance tubes and Dumbbells and more. Students come to physical education excited to workout with their friends. California State Standards encourage 7th grade student to take acceptable risks and this will allow them to challenge themselves physically.

My students are strengthening their "Core" for a Healthier body.

Students need to be challenged with exercises and activities. We want to encourage the safe performance of the activities. Middle school PE class should be fun.
