Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Just as a butterfly goes through stages of development until it reaches it’s full potential, so will the students in my classroom. They will engage with tracking their growth in reading and math and at the same time learn about the lifecycle through Science activities, classroom decor visuals, and manipulatives. The scholars will be able to make comparisons of their growth throughout the school year to that of the butterfly’s lifecycle while tracking reading levels using the provided visuals through your donations! I am excited to see their smiling faces and willingness to learn through this fun theme.

Since Covid, my classroom has not been able to have field trips through the district.

This STEM project will help engage my students in many ways. Please help support my Title One School, VWES.
