My Project

My students are eager to learn about detailed life skills. What makes my students special to me is theif curiosity to want to learn more about in-depth life skills for post high school. A good example of learning is one of our daily activities.

My students are eager to learn about detailed life skills.

One of the ways I plan to use the resources selected in my cart is through real world application. I have several lesson plans I would like do in the book Life Skills for Teens Workbook. Some of lessons include How to Cook, Manage Money, Drive a Car, and Develop Manners, Social Skills. My target outcome is to empower my students with these activities. The items listed are for stress relief and journaling to process difficult life situations. In addition the life skills books will allow me to use real world application when my lesson plans.

What makes my students special to me is their curiosity to want to learn more about in-depth life skills for post high school. A good example of learning is one of our daily activities. I create a budget and a list of personal expenses and bills with timeframes, deadlines and a saving requirement for students to write out and make functional choices for daily living. It routinely creates conversation about making life choices.
