My Students

I teach general education students and students with special needs in a 1st grade integrated collaborative classroom with another teacher. The students in PS 107 are amazing. The students I had this past school year have shown me that if they can get through a school year like we had, then they can get through anything in life. They have made such amazing growth this past school year with switching from face to face and remote in the blended learning setting. I know that next year we will have some more challenges to face. The goal of my co-teacher and I is to help our new incoming students succeed for the 2021-2022 school year.

My Project

Please help give our students the ability to grow as learners and life long readers. These books will help our students succeed with their reading skills. This project will allow our students many books to choose from when they are reading. It will also allow my co-teacher and I to effectively pull guided reading groups in order to help support our students. We would love nothing but to see our students grow as readers, especially after the crazy year they have had in school. Thank you in advance for your generous donation!
