My Students

My students come from vastly diverse backgrounds. They are energetic about learning even when facing adversity. They are all kind to others they meet, and are eager to help when needed. Furthermore, my students are persistent and push themselves to be the best person they can be. They are proud, unique, tenacious, and spirited no matter the challenge they face. I am proud to teach them and humbled by their drive to succeed. I truly love teaching and care about all my students.

My Project

Our school will be conducting online learning for at least the first part of the year. Our students will be needing laptops to use from home, as well as whiteboards so they can work along with me as they learn math, science, reading, etc. The whiteboards provide students with the ability to work on problems without needing paper since many of them just can't obtain any. Whiteboards allow me the opportunity to send them home with dry erase markers so that students can learn from afar and will give them a sense of normalcy.

Student need these whiteboards so that they can work one-on-one, in small groups, or as a whole class via video conferencing.

My students will be able to share their work in a manner that is easy and quick during our online instruction. Speaking of online learning, there is an individual that is part of my class who doesn't have technology at home and the laptop will be provided to them so they can actively participate in our online classes. Without this laptop, this individual would be left without the necessary materials to learn and grow. If/when we return, the laptop will take a place in our classroom for other students to learn, grow, and prosper.

I already bought the markers and have a couple whiteboards to send home, help me send home additional materials so no child feels left out.
