Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We need to expand our classroom library to make sure it includes books across different levels and genres so that our students can become avid readers, determine what types of books they love best, and meet their literacy goals for the 2023 - 2024 school year!

We also need sturdy book totes so that our 4th grade students can transport their books around the building, as well as to and from home, without damaging them.

We’re currently using Ziplock bags, which tend to rip after a few days or weeks of use.
