My Project

I am on a yearly mission to refresh our classroom library. If you look at my past projects, I've always tried to raise money for books. I believe reading is fundamental and children should enjoy what they're reading.

That being said, this next school year is especially important because I will be looping with some of my former students who have read almost every single book in my library.

Because of this, I especially need to refresh my classroom library for this coming school year. I also hope to encourage reluctant readers to give these new books a try.

We will be using these books for independent reading, read aloud, and to make connections to other books that we will be reading in class.
