Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are special because of the diversity of the students in the classroom. The students in the class have different academic abilities but can all be successful in the classroom. Some students cannot complete their work without the appropriate materials in the classroom or at home, so providing a new library would allow them to be fully engaged in the lessons and participate more in class. Allowing students to use these books can help these students relate to stories and help them express the skills they need to close the achievement gap that was caused by remote learning during the pandemic.
