My Students

Our second-graders love to engage and challenge each other. They come to school excited to see each other, ready to share, and explore learning.

Our kids focus on building relationships and partnering with peers to see learning from different perspectives.

We work hard to understand our different experiences and background which gives us all an opportunity to learn from each other. We love to communicate with each other and ask questions. The best part is when we notice the learning and celebrate together.

My Project

The books requested are at the just-right level for second graders. They are engaging, early chapter books that the kids love to read. Many are part of a series that allow the kids to engage with the same characters across many texts. Once they get hooked on one, they will line up to get a hold of the next book in the series.

To create lifelong readers, please help us create an incredible library.

We are also requesting items for a comfy reading space and a way to organize all of the books. We can't wait to have a library that is ready for all students to access, no matter the reading level.
