Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our library has an Imagination Stations blossoming into something really special and we need a few more things like art frames and art mats to make our dream of a gallery for our students art to shine, complete!

At our school, our students have the opportunity to create art with me in the library as often as we can, and I believe it is a powerful tool for promoting self expression, social-emotional learning, and feel it allows students to explore and express emotions and the perspective of others.

Creative projects enable them to show each other support and appreciation for the creativity of their peers.
