Every year classes at our elementary school have students who are just beginning to read. Although this is usually the case in kinder and 1st grade, there are also students in the upper grades who are in need of beginning reading materials as well.
The problem is that teachers from kinder through 6 grade don't easily have access to beginning reading materials if needed, so for that reason we are trying to get books that all teachers can use at a beginning level A on up.
This will help us build our leveled lending library at our school that all students and teachers will have access to.
