Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an ELA Interventions teacher, I have K-5th students that are all reading in different levels. These leveled readers will be a great help for me to be able to target my students reading skills, and it will be a great help for the students to be able to strengthen their reading skills such as reading comprehension, main idea & details, etc. The other reading tools I listed will also be a huge help, and the soft seats will provide the perfect flexible seating option for my students to sit down and enjoy their reading adventures.

Not only will these books help my students enhance their ELA skills, they are key to helping students build independence and self-confidence when it comes to reading, which is something my high-needs students really need.
