Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At Hurricane Dynasty Esports, we are building a competitive and inclusive high school esports program, providing students with the opportunity to compete at state and regional levels. However, to give our athletes the best chance to succeed, we need essential gaming equipment to support our growing team.

Thanks to PlayVS and Nintendo, we recently received one Nintendo Switch console, but our team needs additional equipment to ensure that all players have access to the tools they need to compete.

Many of our athletes do not have the financial resources to buy their own gaming systems, and we want to make sure that every student has an equal opportunity to train, compete, and grow in esports.

What We Need:

Two gaming monitors – Essential for low-latency, high-performance gameplay.

One additional Nintendo Switch – To support our growing team across multiple games.

Extra controllers – So all players can practice and compete effectively.

By funding this project, you’ll help us provide a level playing field for all of our athletes, allowing them to excel in esports, gain teamwork and leadership skills, and even pursue college scholarships and careers in the gaming industry.

Your support will make a huge impact in giving these students the opportunity to experience esports at a competitive level and prepare them for future success. Thank you for helping us level up!
