My Project

Brain research shows that a multisensory approach will help all children learn to read, even those with learning disabilities. In order to learn to read, children must have auditory, visual, and kinesthetic/tactile experience with letters and sounds.

The letter tiles I am requesting will give the children a hands-on opportunity to apply what they are learning about letter-sound correspondence.

They will have fun make words. Then, they can add letters or take them away to make new words. They can also substitute letters to make new words. The children will be so excited to read words they have created!
