Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I love how resilient my students are. I work at a Title I, low socioeconomic school where the majority of my student are English language learners, and none of these characteristics have ever stopped my student from achieving their full potential.

My Project

I am an elementary school teacher that works with three year olds. At this age, kids love to explore and learn, and what better way to do it than by reading books. I would like to expand my classroom library and include a variety of books for my students. I want to be able to provide them with books of their own interest that would make them wonder and imagine. This will encourage them to read and set the foundational skill needed to succeed academically. Help me create our future leaders!
