My Project

I coach high school Girls' lacrosse at a suburban school. They are a terrific group of young ladies that like to get outside and have fun playing a fabulous sport. To be the best player they can be, using resistance bands will help them build muscle, strength, and flexibility.

Your generous donation will ensure that my players each have their own bands to use, which means no waiting around or taking turns.
