Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Jumping,skipping,hopping,and running are some of the physical activities that all kindergartens love to do!

My students attend a public school in California.

They are currently learning about healthy choices and habits. They are learning that nutrition and regular exercise all contribute to their bodies' well-being. They enjoy engaging in regular opportunities to be active at school.

My Project

My students have weekly psychomotor time. They lack the resources that will help support and engage them to continue to stay active. The variety of new equipments will help motivate them to keep learning and moving. They will learn how to stay active and healthy by playing games that they enjoy.

At school, they can learn how to correctly and safely use the equipment and then have the opportunities to practice at home.

This project will provide resources for my students to be active, both at school and at home.
