My Project

As a literacy teacher I see many students that struggle with their basic phonic skills causing a problem or delay with their reading progress. Having different types of phonic manipulatives like the Magnetic Alphabet Maze that students can engage with helps with their learning. Many times students have other issues that they are dealing with which hampers their learning to read. Using manipulatives allows these students to not only engage their minds, but their bodies.

Studies have shown that skill and drill is not the way to teach reading.

Giving students a multitude of learning styles enables them to hone their reading skills while being engaging and fun!
