My Project

I am a big believer that dramatic and sensory play is an essential part of any preK classroom. Dramatic play is so important in that age as children actively experiment and make sense of social emotional roles of life. Sensory play is just as important as it helps foster motor skills.

Through this project, I would like to enhance my dramatic play and sensory area with engaging ice cream stand, pretend market, and sensory toys.

Being able to allow students to have dramatic and sensory are very important because through play children are developing language, support cognitive growth, and social interactions.
